- Heat oil in a pan add potato and fried well and keep it aside.
- Then fried raw banana in the same oil and keep it aside.
- Then fried brinjal and keep it aside.
- Then lentil dumpling fried very well and keep it aside.
- Then add remaining oil in a same pan add paachforon, bay leaves and ginger paste and add little bit of water and saute.
- Then add all vegetables except brinjal and mixed it very well.
- Add all boiled vegetables and mixed. Add salt and sugar and saute.
- Add mustard paste and add water and stir.
- Take small bowl add milk and maida and mixed and add on sukto.
- Then add fried brinjal and mixed.
- Add lentil dumpling and add radhuni and mixed and serve hot with boiled rice.
