  1. First take all the stuffing ingredients in mixture jar and little bit of water, grind it and make a paste.
  2. On other hand cut te brinjal in plus sign on upper side and wash it properly with water and suff all the brinjal with the grinded batter.

  6. Then add tomato puree, salt as required, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and mix it then put stuffed brinjal and low the flame and mix it. Then add water as needed and stir it well and high the put lid to the cooker and give 2 whistles to it.
  7. After 2 whistles then turn off the flame and let it cool down and finally masala baigan is ready to serve, garnish it with coriander spring.
