  20. 1 tomato finely chopped
  21. 1.5 cup water
  22. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  23. 2 tbsp fresh garlic

Steps to make to make Ringan Na Ravaiya / Stuffed Eggplant (Gujarati style)

  1. Add all the ingredients required to make filling in a bowl and mix everything well.
  2. Wash eggplants and clean them leaving little bit of stalk part. Now make a cross from the other side leaving the eggplant intact. Prepare all the eggplants in the same way. Now cook it on medium heat for 2 whistles and let the pressure come down itself. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and garlic on top.
