- For stuffing, in a plate take all the dry spices, fresh green garlic, powdered groundnuts, sesame seeds, sugar, coconut, salt & add 2 tsp oil and mix everything well.
- Wash the brinjals & Slit it into 4 keeping the end intact.
- Stuff the brinjals with the prepared mixture. Keep the remaining stuffing aside.
- Now in a cooker, add some oil & mustard seeds. Then add green garlic, saute it. Then add remaining stuffing mixture & saute for two minutes.
