- Next take your thin slice beef or pork and lay them flat on the table. Grab a bunch of carrots and roll them up in the meat. Do this for all the eggplant too. Now in a bowl or shallow dish add some potato starch. You will want to coat the meat in the potato starch and than add them right into the hot pan.
- These cook really fast because they are so thin so just cook a little then turn, Just keep turning until the meat is cooked all the way.
