  1. Roast the coriander,peanut, cumin,sesame seed, and dry coconut without adding dorp of oil/water,and let it cool and grind them.
  2. Now add pinch salt and tamarind paste(1tbsp)and mix well..
  3. Now make the cut in brinjal,but should not cut from bottom,
  4. Now stuffed the grinded spice in brinjal nicely.set aside
  5. Heat the oil and add baghar ingredients in it,then add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,salt...
  6. And add red chilli turmeric powder mix well and cover for 5 minute,
  7. After 5 minute add stuffed brinjal,remaining grinded spice(if remain)water and cover it and let them cook.
  8. Then brinjal get tender completely add tamarind paste and more curry leaves and cover it about 5 to 7 minute and dish it out.
